okay, first, I am very happy with it, I like the ride quality, the power is great, however there are a few nagging things. First I am comming off many dirt bikes, and many street bikes, a few of which are Vtwins, including a current SV1000, and I had a Buell last year, both vtwins. The first complaint is the sound, it is the worse sounding engine I have ever heard, it sounds like you are tourting it, it sounds like it is sputtering. Do they sound more normal or at least better with a slippon? Second is the pedal location, I will order the aftermarket pedals on monday. Last the engine heat comming from under the center (armrest). Any ideas on this last one?
My plans, in order, pedals, rear cage, rear seat, CDI and pipe, shocks, then seats and wheels.
