the Sudco part # for the 39mm sv650 kit is 016-762, it comes with a push pull cable that you can not use, you will need to buy a couple of blaster throttle cables along with you stock teryx one and modify them into a 2into1, i can take some pics of what i did and post later, or i could take some measurments and you could have a cable made. you will also need two air filter adaptors for the carbs also from Sudco, part # 021-216. those work perfectly with the stock intake setup! i am at about 850ft elev. and my jetting is 158 pilots, 172 mains, 2 turns on the fuel screw and the needle in the center position. that jetting is very close for me but i could still probably richen up the pilot and the needle?? i will double check my jetting this weekend to make sure i'm not mistaken. you will also need to fab some new throttle cable mounts on the carbs, i will take some pics of mine, they are nothing fancy but they do what they need to. i also ported my intakes to 38.5mm that is about all you can safely get them too. it might sound like a lot of work but you could easily do all this in a day and you won't regret it, trust me!
