The larger jet goes in the rear Carb. Does it backfire while you're giving it gas or when you let off the throttle?

It was backfiring when i let off the gas,i changed the front jet from 150 to a 146 its not backfiring any more when i let off the gas but it is backfiring while idling and now a blue flame is coming out the right can,i have my air/fuel screws turned out three turns i'm gonna try turning the one for the back carb down a 1/2 turn see if that helps

I would check all your exhaust connections, especially at the head. I had a similar problem which ended up being an exhaust leak at the head allowing fresh air to be sucked in when decellerating creating a lean condition.

What kind of exhaust do you have? Stock? Muzzy? I have the Muzzy and think I may have an exhause leak at the head as well. I'm wondering where I can get a new set of those flange gaskets...

Not sure what benchmark uses for jets. Highly recommended have a shop tune it they found mutiple other issues with the carb slides as well as my jetting way off.

I have Custom Creations exhaust. I use the collapsable VW gaskets and they work very well. I picked them up at VW paradise here in San Marcos (Ca)
I'm 150 front and 155 rear, 2 turns out, Dynojet Brute Force kit.
