Thumbs down msd issue

i just installed a msd box a little while back. just had a chance to really ride it and when you get into a little water not even over the floor this thing stalls out. i know it is something to do with the msd because it never did this before. i have had it into water several inches over the floor when it was stock. does anyone know if this is a normal problem with the msd. i checked the connections and they seem to have plenty of sticky stuff on them. any suggestions. if not i guess i will take this off because if you get into a mud puddle it stalls out.

Cant see where it has anything to do with the msd myself. I had one on my brute and had it over the seat many times and never had a problem with the msd. Unless you got one that isnt sealed right?? Hope this helps...

X2. Check your connections closely. I have an MSD on my Brute also that has been submerged frequently.

Dont see how its the msd if water is not above floor. That thing would still be dry unless it's getting splashed, I guess. I can't think of what could be getting wet and causing a stall in water below the floor. From your posts, I'd be unhappy with whomever I bought the used msd and exhaust from if it turns out they are causing your problems.

i is something due to splashing. i am very pissed with this setup. never had any problems before i installed all of this junk. rode it in water all the time with no issues now if i hit a puddle of water it stalls. if you ride very slow in the water it wont do it but if you hit the water with a little speed it stalls everytime.
