Wrench rpms

does anyone know how many rpms the stock motor can handle? i have msd and muzzy exhaust and i was wondering how many rpms are to much. i think the rev. lim. is 9200 is that too much?

thats about right 9000 rpm is the usual.

Mines at 9200 but I can tell you you will never get to 9200 with stock cams so I wouldn't worry about it to much.

you are probably right i was just wondering. i haven't had the laptop hooked up but i sure thought i heard the rev. limiter when it was set at 9000 but i could be wrong. does anyone know it coils and air filter would help any or really not worth the money?

i think the coils have helped but it really depends on your plans with the car and future engine mods.

really dont plan on any engine mods. i would just like to get all i can get out of the stocker. what other bolt on mods would anyone suggest? i dont care to spend some cash on it just dont want to put stuff on that doesnt do anything.
