Fully locking front diff

Any one know if they make a way to get rid of that junky limited slip in the front diff and fully lock it like the Polaris'? In mud its fine but trying to go up a rocky ledge or boulder when the tire is in a bind it wont turn.

It should be fully locked with the lever pulled all the way back.

Adjust the cabe to make it tighter. Mine started slipping after a few trips out. once I adjusted it, it would fully lock up again.

id like to know what poolaris you have seen with a front locker? all my buddies rzrs are limited slip front, or whatever poolaris calls it..
Me personally after changing tires and doing the BBK i have NO DESIRE to lock my front diff, I am afraid of breaking my hand, or an axle at the very least. If i need up an obstacle THAT BAD, I just use the winch

Ok finally have this resovled. Going to explain problem so there's search results for it. Ended up having a warped clutch basket in my front diff causing it not to engage fully. Replaced basket and new fibers and shes good as new. Just trying to get the info out there.Fully locking front diff-uploadfromtaptalk1355515208034.jpg

That's interesting, I never realized that's how it worked. So I guess the harder I pull the cable, the more the clutch engages?

Pretty easy job....plates just slide out then slide in. Think clutch basket was around $80 and fiber assembly was $200. I took mine out cause I had to replace the seals in it too but you should be able to leave it in there and just take the clutch housing off and slide everything out. Itd be worth a shot before you take the whole diff out
