HELP......I have a 09 T-Rex with about 400 hours on it and during the latest snow storm it started cutting out when a load is put on it. I have checked the spark arrestor, vent lines, and fuel filter that is located in the fuel pump. I run Sta-bil fuel additive in it year round so I am pretty sure I do not have any water in the fuel..... I don't have a pressure gage to measure the output of the fuel pump but can get one if someone can tell me the proper pressure that it is supposed to be pumping.....

Most likely your fuel pump. They are known to go bad on the older models.

If it's not the fuel filter or fuel pump, I think others have reported bad sensors giving the same type of problems. I can't remember for sure, but the sensors might have been the throttle position sensor or crank position sensor. Not 100% sure on those, but it might give you some help to do some searching on here for solutions.

There used to be a thread floating around about an internal screen (separate from fuel filter) that gets clogged that you can poke a hole in or clean it out. The person that started the thread claimed that this little screen has been responsible for many misdiagnosed fuel pumps. The newer pumps don't have this screen so undoubtedly it was a problem. If I remember correctly it is located in the upper housing but you will need to disassemble the housing to find it.
Also there is an alternative fuel pump test if you don't have a pressure gauge. Remove the fuel line from the fuel rail and turn the key on for 3 seconds. Measure the volume of fuel that the fuel pump pumps out. Should be 1.7oz from what I have read but to be certain I believe there is a video on Hunterworks web site. Not a fool proof method but if it is not pumping anywhere near that you know you have a fuel pump issue. Either filter, screen or pump itself. Hope this helps and good luck
