Top speed

I'm wondering what kind of top speed I should be getting with my mods.
I have AFE intake, Alba boost intake, Jet kit, Dyna tek CDI, Dalton clutch kit with OD cover. Dyno is at 37 rear wheel HP. Top speed I get is 49.8 on GPS with only me in Teryx. 45 with a passenger. It is very quick to 30MPH then takes about 600 yards to get to top speed. This does not seem to impressive compared to stock with the amount of money I have spent. Is this average for these mods and HP? Any feedback would help. I am going to run it this weekend without The OD cover to see what that does

Remove the AFE and Alba boost box and go back to stock. I would say that you have a carb issue over anything else. You are also missing pipes but other than that I would say you are at least 8-10 MPH slower than you should be

59-62 on GPS is typical for an 08 with only a CDI box. The exhaust isn't your issue. Carbs and clutching are the two places I would look at.
Instead of removing your OD cover, you could mark a stripe on it with a sharpie and test run it. I bet the RPM is off and that is why the speed is down.

When my car had the same bolt-on mods as you mentioned except boost box. I was running at 61 -62 mph and I was dyno'd by Alba at 44.85 RWHP. So something is definitely off with your set up. I will say that with the AFe airbox, your carb tuning needs to be spot on perfect or the performance will suffer big time. In fact, Alba never really got my car tuned right even after 2 visits. However, my new mechanic has my 840 dialed in tight & running 73 mph.

OK... I want to see real number not what your speedo is saying (need a GPS or RADAR Gun)... Some of the number thrown up here are a bit hard to believe, also tell us what tire size and what have you done to get those speeds.

Just curious...

With Dalton clutch kit, Muzzy's, Dyna, HW Jet Kit, and uni filter my 08 will run 68 mph on speedo.
