Default Trans Noise?

Yesterday Was Out Riding And Was Trying To Pull A Freind Out Of A Hole And The Trans Started Jumping And Making A Knocking Or Clanging Sound. Could The Belt Have Been Slipping? I Have 60hrs. On It And Have Never Touched The Belt. It Seemed To Be Fine On The Way Home But If I Stop And Punch It It Would Do It A Little?

Thanks, Chase
