Default Air Fuel Mixture Screw Stock Setting????

I put in the dyna jet kit but am now going back to stock parts with bigger jets. DOES ANY BODY KNOW THE STOCK SETTING ON THE SCREW THAT YOU HAVE TO DRILL THE CAP OFF OF TO GET TOO??

service manual says 1 and 9/16th turns out from seated

why would you wont to go back the stock settings. even with the big jets it wont run right.
