Default Rear cylinder smoking when climbing hill

When climbing steep hills the rear cylinder starts smoking badly. It then makes the engine run terrible. It will cause the engine to stutter and lose power. It will clear out and run fine. What is going on?

I think what is going on is that the blow by is coming from the oil from the crank case vent that goes into the intake is building up pressure from the hill climb.

Oil gets up into piston on rear cylinder and starves the front. Causes excessive pressure on back cylinder.
