Default trans pops out of gear while jumping

My transmision pops out of gear when I land. It only does it if I hit kinda hard.

You are the first one that I have seen this happen too but I knew it might. They are the same shifting as the Brute Force and they don't have a good system to take much of a load and they pop out of gear. I think you will see more of this when people start jumping them with more HP. I have a fix for it already on our race motors but once you fix one thing another pops up.

Mine is back in the shop, I think I tore out low range! Don't do any jumping, Just hills and hard trails, started poping out when running hard in low and make a loud bang by the time i took it back to andrews cycle it would just grind when u put it in low. They haven't told me the problem yet, supposed to call back tues....We have 5 teryx's in our group all with less than 25hours and we do the same trails and mine is the only one this happened to!!!!!!

its a fairly common problem popping out of gear, we adjust the linkage and no more problem on a least dozen or so teryx's. the linkage bends when you try to force it into a gear. when you first start it or going from rev to low or vise versa. hitting the gas quickly and it will go right in. stop riding it until you can get it in for service or you will end up like offroader.

do you mean pop the gas real quick to go in gear easy or don't because it will cause damage? just want to know the best way when it don't want to go in gear. Thanks

mine wasn't a linkage problem, it would go right in all the gears untill last weekend I was climbing a hill in low under full throttle and BANG, let off the gas and got back into it and it was fine, then later on the same. Called the shop today, they said something broke inside and kawi rep is coming to look at it wed, because they haven't seen this before..Should know something wed afternoon....

they just don't like to go from low to rev or rev to low with out letting it engage into high first. just bump gas and it will go in. don't beat up on shifter as the linkage with bend.

push out under a load!
have been told that cases are just thin and that a problem?
