they come from sudco, just about any real shop is setup to order from them. order the sv650 kit, you will also need some air filter adaptors so that you can use your stock intake, a pair of blaster throttle cables, a little fab work and your done. i can get you the part #'s and the jetting i used if you are interested.

So anyways Its a complete FST 840 big bore kit with FST cams, FST springs, Muzzy exhaust, dynatek CDI and we have a jet kit from dynajet with there springs and needles @ clip #1 in the slides.
Stock air box with lid on, no mods done to the air box or lid yet, although I think it needs to breath a bit easier. We have done a few heat cycles with it but I haven't pulled the plugs to see where its at on jetting, stock ,it was really fat at our elevation. We also ditched the stock filter for an AEM.
By the way where did ya get those FCR's from?? I am not too impressed with the factory carbs, they make things way to complicated being vac. actuated. Actually I think it should of been fuel injected like my RZR

First get all the Dynojet stuff out of it. You should start out at a #162 and 165 main jets.Leave everything else stock. You still may have to open the box with a few holes.

the Sudco part # for the 39mm sv650 kit is 016-762, it comes with a push pull cable that you can not use, you will need to buy a couple of blaster throttle cables along with you stock teryx one and modify them into a 2into1, i can take some pics of what i did and post later, or i could take some measurments and you could have a cable made. you will also need two air filter adaptors for the carbs also from Sudco, part # 021-216. those work perfectly with the stock intake setup! i am at about 850ft elev. and my jetting is 158 pilots, 172 mains, 2 turns on the fuel screw and the needle in the center position. that jetting is very close for me but i could still probably richen up the pilot and the needle?? i will double check my jetting this weekend to make sure i'm not mistaken. you will also need to fab some new throttle cable mounts on the carbs, i will take some pics of mine, they are nothing fancy but they do what they need to. i also ported my intakes to 38.5mm that is about all you can safely get them too. it might sound like a lot of work but you could easily do all this in a day and you won't regret it, trust me!

New carbs are on the way, the stock carbs and air box just seem to be holding it back.
Chase, Is your jetting is the same front to rear?
Oh ya, I tried posting vids but to sum it up, I HATE WINDOWS VISTA!! I will get some up soon though.

We got the carbs in and mounted but ran into a few small problems.
Has anyone found a good intake boot solution for this swap? And also how about a 2 into 1 cable?

Chase just used the stock boots on his. Is there a problem with using them? The only one's I have done are with bigger spigets weld on the heads to feed the big valves.
Again ask Chase to tell you how he did the 2 into 1 cables, I have only had a twist throttle on my engine stand dyno so I can't answer that question.
