Thanks booya I think we have the clutch muds figured out but still dont have the pos back togeather we are going to have to make a new cap and probley have you send us your clutch or teryx to turn the sheave..... yep its going to be a pain but speed is worth it ..........

Vforcejohn is in PA. He machines the faces of the primary clutch, it allows the belt to ride higher in the pulley, thus more top end. He also changes the angle of the faces for better acceleration and usually better belt life. He can also modify the spider. Very reasonable for very noticable gains.

yep but you have to take it off and send it to him so your going to be down for atleast a 4 or 5 days
and we still dont know what top end will be

He claims on the Monster energy teryx they went from 55 to 63 with the clutch mod!

yes claims are maid every day my teryx in the shop here I claim only goes 45 to 48 mph havnt found my gps yet so how did they get to 55 is the big ????????????
I just spaced the clutch out and got the belt to move up a extra 1/4 on the sheave and I claim about a 3 to 4 mph increase so I do see you getting up to 8 to 10 with what he is doing but thats still is only 55 mph
he told me they said
63 with pipes, carb mods , and more air
but was that he said she said
as soon as I get the time Ill try his mods and post up what the gps said

I know what you mean about claims, but like you said it had several other mods that probably helped it to 55 in the first place. After the addition of the clutch mods he claimed 63. Keep us posted on your findings!
