Not me, but it sounds like the relay may be stuck.

If it is the relay you can tap on it to see if it is stuck but will have to be replaced

Fan shot

Mine did the same thing today. Temp light started flashing so I stopped and checked to see if the fan was on and it wasn't, so I pulled the seat and looked at the switch by the ecu and it was popped so I reset it and still nothing. Shut the machine off and grabbed the fan at it was stuck. Put a little pressure on it and it released but now it comes and goes an is like the clutch is shot and it won't spin fast enough do much. Looks like a new fan for me. Any suggestions as to a good aftermarket fan assembly?

I am pretty sure I have a brand new fan from my 08. $50 shipped.

It was finally time to start cleaning out the shop and I found some items that can go!

Oops, stock fan has a breather that can fill with water or mud, replaced mine after seizing with a sealed fan from Hunterworks, higher cfm. Just can't use fan shroud with bigger fan.
