Switch off email notifications of postings?

Hope someone can help. I've switched off all the notifications and subscriptions within my profile yet I still receive emails when people post in threads I've been in. Is there any way to flush my subscriptions?

Me too, it gets annoying deleting all of them.

Go to your UserCP at the top of page, Click

Then down on the left side hit List subscriptions, you prob have mroe than you think.


Then check box to the right of the ones you do not want and below on right select delete.
