does your teryx fit in your pick up bed??

one of the reasons i bought my teryx besides riding trails was for track use. i take my car to the track and wood like to bring the teryx as well to use. problem is i dont ahve an enclosed trailer. i have a small car trailer that just my car fits on. and when i use the teryx i have a 6x12 utility trailer to haul it around. so im wondering if the teryx will fit in the back of my pickup bed so that i can pulll my car trailer to the track. i ahve a 2011 gmc sierra denali with a 5'8'' bed. lets here what u have and any pics wood be cool.

I have a 05 F250 4x4 diesel long bed and its perfect, with the tail gate almost closed... Thats how i brought it home from the dealership...

Mine when it was stock fit in my old truck a 08 1500 gmc standard bed and in my new 2010 dodge 2500 standard bed. I think with a long bed you can even close the tail gate.

ya i almost closed mine it was hitting the tire... I think you'll be fine..

I went Alberta to Nevada with mine in the back of an 06 Ford Short box. I put big blocks in front of the wheel wells. I left the tail gate open but that was more for the ramps that were longer than the 5'8" bed.

^^^^^^^ wow so u it yours in a 5'8" bed?? So that means it fits then. Now how r u guys getting them in the back of ur trucks?? I hold the aluminum bi-fold ramp that i use for my atvs. Do u think that will work? If not i was thinking of hooking my trailer up and using the ramp from my trailer to the pickup bed so that its not that steep. What do u think?

I just used some 7ft aluminum ramps rated for a sxs and straped them to my bumper so they wouldn't slide out when going up. Just put it in 4wd it will get in no problem.

I've hauled mine in a Chevy 2500 long bed but couldn't put the tailgate up. I used folding utv ramps and strapped them to the hitch and the majority of the time it works nice. The one thing to look out for is not snapping the tailgate cables. (Mine were already trashed) and the ramps slid out from underneath with the front wheels still on the truck. For a laugh look on you tube and search for teryx and truck.

I've got a 2010 Sierra crew cab with, I believe is, the 5'8" bed and no way the teryx is fitting. The Teryx is too wide. I haven't tried but I doubt it'll fit. Let me know if you get it in there and post some pics. I can't imagine trying to drive it up there. I'm saving for a 7x14 trailer.

If there teryx is stock width it will fit but probably close length wise. I put mine in my 08 gmc 1500 ext. Cab standard bed.

It's gotta be super close width and length wise. My sons have a 50cc and 80cc 4wheelers and they barely fit width wise and there is little room length wise with the gate closed. On these gmt900 series gmc/chevy trucks I would not put much weight on the tailgate as the seem less stout then the gmt800 series. I'd love to see a pic of a crew cab gmt900 with a teryx in the back.

yeah but the crew cab has a shorter bed. i bet the tailgate doesn't last long either with all that weight. i'd spend 800 on a trailer and save my bed's paint and the tailgate.
