Depends on the course. I dont think HP is the major concern when racing sidexsides in the GNCC series. The width is probably more of an issue. I was atthe Somerset GNCC race two weeks ago, and unfortunately I didnt get my Teryx prepped in time to race but I got to watch the race. On that course width wasnt a major problem and HP wouldve helped and a Teryx did place third in the Open class. I talked to a buddy of mine (Niel Belcher) who raced there on a highly modded Razr and he observed that the teryx seemed to really haul the mail in the staight aways and he ate alot of roost. Not sure if the Teryx's had any internal mods or if just bolts ons, but I would think a pipe, filter, cdi box and some clutch work would put you on par with the razrs. If you want to blow them away on the hole shot and straits get a standard bore or 840 kit from FST!
