Bucket or bench

Hey everybody can anybody give me some input on what seats are better for the rear, bench or buckets? I't will be used by both kids & adults. Are buckets higher or same height because if buckets are taller on seat height I will get the bench. I'm buying a teryx soon so I want to get a idea of what I need to do. I will be building my own cage and want the overall height lower than existing height.Thanks
