New Teryx....many Questions
I went into town ready to buy an 08 BruteForce 750 and came home with an 08 TERYX LE....My wife calls it a Granny Wagon. I have less than 2 hours on the hour meter and already have several questions that you experianced owners/riders can prpbably answer and advice. If anyone can answer one or more please do so.....
1. What is the top speed (stock)?
2. What is the maximum cruising speed (flat gravel rds)?
3. Has anyone added an engine tac?
4. Plastic top issues?
5. Best place/way to mount a whip?
6. Is there a way to adjust or eliminate the engine braking?
7. Does one have to completely stop to switch from 2w/4w and 4w/2w?
8. Does one have to completely stop to active'deactivate the limited slip?
9. What is a good brand of plow to buy?
10. Which winch and how big?
11. Most bang for the $ speed impvovements?
Thanks! for taking the time if you respond....I have previously owned motorcycles, three wheelers, and a 250cc Quad Racer.

1. 49-50 mph typically
2. As fast as it will go, what's the difference from question 1?
3. Yes, Trailtech Vapor is the most popular and also incorporates water temp among other features
4. Yes, they have top issues. Search the forum, many posts about this.
5. Best place is preference, location is also preference
6. Adjust, no. Eliminate, yes. The clutch can have the KEBS removed.
7. Technically, yes. Some switchwhile moving slow but it is not recommended. This system is electric over pneumatic over mechnical, it is SLOW to respond.
8. The limited slip can be adjusted while moving
9. No idea
10. No idea
11. This one is a no brainer - CDI, either Velocity Devices Copperhead or Dynatek.
