Default 1st service

I just got a new teryx last week and got up to the first 120 miles pretty fast and I am ready for the first service. I have changed the oil and filter, changes the rear dif fluid, and checked everything else the manual told me to. I have yet to put this thing in 4 wheel drive. Do I need to change the front diff fluid as well if I havn't used it? Anything else I need to do beside what the manual recomends?

Thanx,
Mark

I would change the front diff also as it turns all the time, just cheap insurance against wear. Also check the drive belt, most likely you will have to pull the thin shim on the driven clutch to get the belt back to spec. Mine was at 2" belt slack after 25hours, probably much sooner than that but thats when I checked it, its supposed to be less than 1". I think KAW. set the belt too loose from the factory, seems many people are having to do the same thing after breakin. I believe its also a good idea to check the valve lash also. I know my dealer did when I took it in, could see where they took the bolts loose on the valve covers.

Do an all around bolt torque front to back...nothing like rolling down the road and having stuff fall off...
