Default belt cover leaking?

broke out the garden hose and filled up my belt to test out my snorkels,and wouldnt ya know it my belt cover is leaking around the bottom.it almost looks like its coming through a casting flaw or something.i havent ever had the cover off so its not something i did? my snorkels werent leaking at all so i guess i did something right

anyone else try this test yet?just trying to see if mine is the only one like this?

The housing has a drain hole is that what you are seeing?

no,it seems to be leaking around the cover. i pulled the drain plug to drain it after i filled the belt cover with water

It could be the rubber gasket around thr CVT cover. My gasket was kinda mis shaped on the top of the cover, yours may be mis shaped on the bottom. Take the cover off and fix the rubber. and grease rubber.
