Default Teryx Getting Hot

My teryx is getting hot..., the fan is running, the radiator is clean and level is ok. The only after market mod is 27" Swamp lite tires & wheels. It gets hot running down the road full speed. I would think thats when it would run the coolest, with maximum air flow. Any suggestions?

Do you have a windshield on? If so, take it off, and retest your heat. If not....do a search on heat. A lot of threads on it.

How many hours on it? 30+ hours it changes, or at least mine did.

HA...I need $4000 in hearing aids, and I won't spend the money, in fact don't have the money. And now I reap the benefits. Loud....I don't notice at all. I think it's great.

I put some high density foam padding on the roof, and bed behind the seats and used the foam to cover the gap behind the seats, and took the rubber intake boot on top of the aif filter housing and turned it around to face the front. My noise and heat levels inside the cab are 80-90% less than they were before. Up to about 20mph I can actually hold a conversation with the passenger, before I had to stop to hear what they were saying. Also all that heat boiling up behind the seats is going straight back into the intake, so really you have two choices, remove the windshield or block off the area behind the seats.

Not sure how you reversed the intake boot. How about pictures of your mods?
