Default Safety Note - Shoulder harness bolt
The shoulder harness bolt on the passenger's side decided to unscrew and the shoulder harness fell off. The other side was fine. Check yours by lifting off the plastic cover and tightening the bolt.

Thats a dealer installed part. Just like my cage had loose hardware!

After 10 hours of use I went through and re-torqured everything I could see/get to. I also found two of the cage bolts loose...
