Talking electro sport stator.

Just finished installing a electro sport stator and a dasa racing water pump impeller. it was pretty easy to do, it was just time consuming. After it was all said and done i am running 4 35 watt hids, all my lights and the brake lights on and my multi meter dropped to 12.5 volts. i bearly touched the throttle and my multi meter jumped up to 14.1 volts! i am jacked. i would recommend this to anyone thinking of doing this mod. oh and i am also still running the stock pos battery also.
on a side note anyone thinking of doing this mod buy a high flow water impeller at the same time. if your going to do be in that area might as well be there once.
i will report later on how the water pump impeller works and how the rectifier holds up to the elements. that will not be till next weekend. hopefully.

So there is a high output stator from someone now?? Please keep us posted as to how it works and lasts, I know they could move a crapload if it works. Do you have the output spec's compared to stock??

I installed one last weekend as well. Capable of 450w in the higher rpm. Powers my light bar and two fans with no issues! This kit bypasses the factory wiring to keep the kit safe and reliable.

Is this a cheaper alternate charging version compared to the full alternator kit sold out here?

they say it will push 400 watts at 2500 rpm's and 450 watts around 5000 rpm's. i run 4 7 inch 35 watt hid lights, stock head lights, and stock brake lights. with the stock stator installed and all my lights on my multi meter would drop be low 10 volts. it would take about 2 hours with all my lights on to drain the battery completely. (would not even turn on my fuel injection system) even if you were riding the stock stator would not move above 10 volts. believe me i know my wife drained my battery completely a couple times and that is how i got the stator. with the electro sport stator and all my lights on the volts remain above 12 volts even when the teryx is idling, or when i just turn my lights on and they are warming up and drawing 55 watts each it still stays above 12 volts. with a little gas it jumps up to 14 volts. this is using the same multi meter also. i have no idea how it would compare to the alternator kits.

Thanks for the link. Anybody else try this yet?? I am very interested in the long term durability of this unit. 1 year warranty seems like they are ready to stand behind their product???!!!!

ran the teryx last weekend through some rain and mud. had the lights on for a few hours. i never got into any deep water to test the regulator durability, but it ran like a champ and had no issues.
