Another option for holding the roof up,especially if you have a roof, is a broom. I usually jam it on the a-arm or front diff and put the other end by where the front triangle cutout is.

By roof do you mean hood?

The kicker amp/iPod controller is good to go!! You can tie another amp to it as well. I have the kicker running my mids and highs, and another amp tied to it running my subs. Trust me, it's plenty loud!!!

Every person that has heard my stereo has responded with, "are you f'ing serious". If you get the right speakers, and wire it correctly you will not be disappointed!!!

I think there are several other iPod controllers out there, but I've always been a fan of kicker and this unit is also marine grade so I don't have to worry about my controller getting wet. I actually washed mine the other day and sprayed water directly on it......works just perfect!!!
