SSV Install

I picked up a used system. Includes front upper pods, Ipod hookup with volume knob, sub enclosure and the SSV 300 watt amp. I'm wondering where I should install this amp? It has a bracket on it but I can't figure out where it should go. Also, I'm not the smartest when it comes to audio so I'm wondering which ports I need to install the speakers to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Behind the firewall and you have to remove one of the long spacers to get it to fit...

I made my own metal bracket so don't get too confused...

Hmm. Thanks for the info and pics. Although I'm just eyeing it up I don't see how it's gonna fit. Looks like our amps are a little different. Also, my Rex is a '12 so it has the different hood setup but I doubt the firewall is different. Hmm.

I had the EFX amp with the SSV set up, it was mounted in the dash, underneath the glove compartment through bolted to the bottom. Was not happy with it and just upgraded to an Alpine PDX-5M which easily fits in the glove compartment. Day and night difference in sound!

Yea my first Teryx was a 08 and the rebuild has a 10 frame and yes it fits pretty much the same as the 08...on a angle just like the pictures...it's a tight fit but it fits...

Sure did. Sounds great. That amp is definitely a tight fit but I got it all buttoned up nicely. I do want to figure out a better way to mount the sub. It has a slight wobble to it that kind of bothers me. Was thinking about some tube sleeves on the inside so the acorns really have something to bite into. Thoughts?
