everybody should have one it's a must . I watched a rhino burn to the ground last year at glamis at oldsmobile hill, the guy could have put it out if he had extinguisher, sand wasn't enough.

Yes it is one pound. Here are some pics of a couple mounted. You can mount them like this or just hose clamp them to the tube.

Looks like the extinguisher Unleashed UTV has will fit in that mount good.
