Seat belts

WHy do these manufacters (Rhino, Ranger, Big Red) just use the seatbelts like cars have? Everyone changes them out to harnesses. It just seems like the harnesses are better.

I would imagine it is some bean counter somewhere that has advised them to install cheaper belts...

the irony for me is that i changed mine out and now i only use the lap belt because it takes too freakin long to get the whole thing put on (and off) if just doing light riding.

it really only takes a few seconds to harness in... and the end result could be saving your life.. take the extra few seconds and be safe.

remember these are Utility farm vehicles, the Car style is easy on easy off.
if they had 4 points, then all the farmers would be on here complaining

X2..Do a search on this site..I think in the Glamis section. There is Youtube clip of a guy rolling his ride/door flying open/him partially hanging out..his passenger has her belt on the right way and stays put..while ur at it..a helmet wouldn't hurt either!! My .02
