A 4 point system can easily be added to the front seats. The rear seat become a little more difficult to mount the shoulder harness. Adding a sub belt shouldn't be too difficult but would require some mods to install them to the chassis.

I made my 4 pt a 5 pt cause the 4 pt kept riding up on me. now it stays down and lot more comfy
