Additional rear weight.....?

On my Rhino, when we loaded up the bed with anything close to 100#, we would constantly bottom out. What kind of mods to the suspension do you guys do when putting full cages or rear racks etc.? Just stiffer shocks I imagine? I notice on my buddies mule he has tons of weight in the rear without any issues, but its a rough ride with or without.
