Teryx Chassis Ribs

ATR Kawasaki Teryx Chassis Ribs add structural integrity to your frame and prevent it from flexing by tying into the upper and lower A-arm mounting points. These chassis plates are highly recommended for anyone with a long travel suspension system. The Teryx Chassis Ribs are CNC laser cut from 3/16" steel plate and come in a durable black powder coat finish.

Teryx Rear Chassis Ribs-

Currently don't have a good installed pic, but here is a pic the bare steel prototype

Yeah the Teryx has a much stronger chassis than some of the other side x sides, but i think these are a good idea if you have a long travel suspension. Especially if you are racing.

Front Teryx Chassis Ribs - $85

and a pic of the prototype. Maybe someone that has installed these can help me out with a better installed pic

yes the teryx needs it or something because the frames are not that strong.i just cutout a foot long section out of the lower right side frame rail and replaced it with a fully boxed section after i bent mine. the control arms are stronger than the frame.and put gussets everywhere possible.

Yeah, we've found that the Teryx needs some support just like the other UTV's out there. This is a great piece for the guys doing lift kits and big mud tires as well. The ribs will keep your chassis nice and straight with all the torque and stress of a long travel kit, or a lift kit with some monster meats!

Sorry ATR has no plans on making them without the logo.

Does this mean that you think the Teryx needs a full welded in gusset kit like the rhino needs when they install a LT kit?

No the bolt on Chassis Ribs would be sufficient for most guys. They brace up your frame where it receives the strongest forces. They are a good preventative measure against frame damage.

Doubtful... The frames pretty strong but it will bend if you have a decent wreck. Most common thus far is hitting one of the front tires and it will take the rear lower control arm and crush the frame in at the back. Don't see where there is a lot you can do to stop it as the frame is strong there is just a lot of leverage from the tire there to be hitting something with a 1500# machine.

Buddy of mine did this and took it to a frame straightner and he said he'd never seen anything that strong... so iunno.
