I have a set of RacerTech Arms and axles on the UPS truck. They are going on my 09 with some Fox BOC shocks. I have been told it the same kit as the T4 with different rear shock mounts. I like that they are a +1.75 front and +2 .25 rear. This should ad 4"s of wheel base.

front suspension arms are effectively the same as the T2...the rear is completely different

I've got a RacerTech +3 on my RZR, love it

Any reason to be concerned about the HCR kit being 1k less expensive. I checked there price and it is 4k vs LTI and Funco at 5k.

materials used such as chromoly or mild steel, which axles and shocks used determines the price.

Shocks are king 2.0 just like Funco. They are a boxed arm like LTI. So anyone know any particular differences that would cause the price to be 20% less. That's quite significant when you consider the price of the shocks. Maybe HCR is willing to take a lower profit margin? I did there website mentioned chrome moly supports, maybe the arms are mild steel? Again if so still not a 1k difference between materials. There's probably not even 1k worth of material in any of them.

The biggest difference is 4340 axles vs 300m axles and mild steel vs Chromoly. I know LTI also uses dual rear springs.

HCR re-uses your stock ball-joints and is made from mild steel, LTI kits uses a 7/8" uniball bearings and a stainless taper pins and is made from 4130 chromoly
HCR uses 4340 axles, LTI uses 300M axles
LTI's kit is engineered and changes things like caster, camber and bump steer to help it perform better
HCR just extends the length of the stock arms

What about Funco? Do they use stock ball joints? Axle Material? I know they are 4130 arms.

If it's like Funcoprevious Teryx kits it looks like 300m axles and reuse of stock ball joints. What size are the stock ball joints?
