door rattle

Driven over 300 miles and the last few rides I'm noticing both driver side doors are starting to rattle. Has anyone else noticed this, or is there a way to thighten the latches?

Waiting on a service manual, hopefully it comes soon!

I noticed the same thing on my rear drivers side door. Haven't checked it out yet, but definitely annoying.

I'm at 300+ miles and mine don't seem to rattle, but I did notice that you have to slam them so they are fully latched.

Yeah, I noticed you have to slam the doors, but the drivers door has about a 1/4" play. THe rear driver doesn't seem to have much play, but at about the 35 mph mark you can hear it vibrating. Not huge issues, but it is annoying.

Other than that I'm loving the T4! And so does my 2 year old, its all she talks about!

All four of mine have rattled at one point or another since new, thinking about trying to fit some sort of rubber insulator between the door and body. This has been my only issue in 120 miles, my whole family loves this thing and the skeptics who criticized the 750 have been amazed at the power she boasts bone stock!

Everyone loves mine as well, no door rattles yet, but I only have 60km on it!

The doors will latch and rattle if not all the way shut. Once it is completely shut and latched it puts pressure on a rubber bumper which keeps it from rattling. Haven't had any problems with mine yet.

Exact same scenario here. Partial latch = rattle. Fully latched = quiet.

X3. It's easy to think they are latched when they really are not. Slam it and it is quiet

Trust me, Slamming the door was the first thing I did when I heard it. There is play in the door when it is fully shut. Like I said, 1/4 inch play with the drivers door. The two passenger side doors shut tight. Hopefully there's a way to fix this, still waiting on a shop manual.
Hit 800 km's tonight, other than the rattle I'm lovin it!
