I don't suppose you guys would know if the bars would clear the factory cargo box? I am waiting for mine to come in and am thinking with the bars lowered it might affect opening the box. Thanks again.

It is lots of money, but it built very good, if that's any help! Except the clamps, if they break, it may be hard to fix!

It is indeed a lot of dough. Be thankful your in the US, cause I am getting bent over for $425.00 in Canada. But with the way it is purpose built with perfect fit I think it is worth the money. Your not going to get anything better, cheaper yes but not better.

Maybe 1" off the middle and 3" off the back, and I'd be able to get my Kawasaki Aluminum roof on still? With just 3" off the rear, it looks like it is a bit higher in the middle, and that might give the roof some issues.

Guess you couldn't have a cargo box without relocating the rear crossmembers tho,eh?

Wonder if you could cut a inch or so out of the center pillar so the roof would be level. I would think the front bar would pivot down some.

I don't think the cargo box lid would open, with the rear chopped at all.

+1. Thanks to you guys for the idea. I have only had my Teryx for a week and already did the cage chop. I had to in order for it to fit in my enclosed trailer. The middle part of the cage fit, so I pretty much just flattened out the roof line from the middle to the back.

The lower cross bar will hit the box, I ran into that very thing. I ended up changing mine and building a rear rack so it would work with the box. I have included a photo that shows it with the chop and box.

Any chance you could show a few more pics or a drawing of what you did there. I would liekt o drop my cage just a bit to level it out but I want to keep the cargo box. Thanks
