Im not even sure what it really is but i was reading some posts and the guys running muzzys are having problems with oil blow by of some sort and the siphon break fixes it, i just dont know if it is for the older models or all

Are any of you that have muzzys on your t4 having oil issues or smoking?

the siphon break has nothing to do with the exhaust it is more for when you do the MSD or ECU mod and raise the rpms in the older models the engines would suck oil through the crank case vent line that connects to the plenum. the siphon break eliminates this by using a catch can for the oil to collect in and return back to the crank case and gases vent out through a filter in the top of the catch can.being that the T4 has an entirely new engine i have yet to hear of any issues with it from the guys that do have them and they have muzzy's and the ECU upgrade. i would call benchmark performance seeing as they are doing a lot of engine work on the T4 already.

Yeah I haven't heard of any issues with the T4 yet. My 2010 nonT4 Teryx with muzzy pros and msd doesn't have the issue either though, so they don't all need the siphon break.

Josh, we haven't seen a need for it yet (hopefully never will) with the T4. By the way, your ECU went out today.
