well i stopped by my local harbor freight store and came up with this idea to store some smaller items in a more reachable spot.lmk what you guys think.

What kind of stuff are you going to put up there? Would be a good dry spot for jackets and such, anything big, flat and light. That gives me a good idea though, small cubbies up top would be good for wallet, smokes and misc. thanks for the inspiration!

yes basically for stuff like that small towel ,rope, first aid, we have a dry bag with our reg and license we put up there also. and no problem glad i can help spark an idea.

Good idea! I'm thinking of getting a roof when more aftermarket options become available. I like your idea!
