Default Eclipse RV Rocks!

Hey guys. Just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know how awesome Eclipse RV is!

I've had some warranty work that needed to be done, and after countless phone calls with some local dealers (no names) who weren't exactly excited to help, Brent from Eclipse went out of his way to set me up with an awesome service deal at the factory!

Although I didn't want to drag the trailer all the way to Riverside, Brent and Chris (their service manager) made it worthwhile!

Not only did they repair everything that I had listed for them, they went as far as repairing some exterior damage that was my fault! Then they went as far as replacing anything on the trailer that looked weathered. There were a couple rusty items, and a bunch of yellowing plastic clips and hinges.

When I picked up my trailer I immediately noticed it had been cleaned, and looked newer than when I dropped it off. I was thrilled!

So I took my rig down to the Sand Show for the weekend. While we were there, I took a good look at my tires and noticed that 2 of them were showing steel, and one had a nail in it. After checking with Discount tire, I called the factory to see what they might have. They ended up selling me 6 new Maxxis tires mounted on new chrome wheels at a price I couldn't turn down. I limped the trailer back to the factory (considering I didn't have a spare) and they took it in and had me rolling on new wheels and tires in about an hour!

Anyways, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will be doing business with Eclipse again! If you're thinking about a Toy Hauler purchase, I must suggest touching base with our forum sponsor "Eclipse RV" (Brent) first! He won't BS you, and he'll look into a deal from one of his retailers for forum members!

Way to go Eclipse! Keep up the good work!
