How does the stock idiot light sensor mount? Is it in the head? If so, why don't any of these senders use that hole? I'd like to have my reading right out of the head and eliminated the idiot light all together.

We use the adaptors because alot of guys want to keep the light and the problem with putting the aftermarket sender in the factory hole is that the thread sizes are different.

The easiest way to add a water temp. gauge is with our sender adaptor. Utvcrap's Design is larger then the others on the market so the Sending Unit does not restrict your water flow and comes pre drilled and tapped for a grounding wire .... Ground screw and hose clamps are included ......

Thanks for asking Bultaco Jack I love your name my older brother had Bultacos and OSSA s lol anyway after seeing how much the sending unit stuck down in the housing ... when I started making them myself I made them larger around so there is more room for the water to flow ....and the sending unit does not stick so far into the housing ....
