I have PRP seats like the ones in the photo. These new seats seem to have impacted the heat coming from the engine. Because the seat is wider than the stocker, it prevents the hot air from rising up between the center console and the seat.
Has anyone else with PRP seats experienced this?
Does a lower seat have an impact?

Any new feedback on the lower seat bases?

Does it help with the feel & position? What about for tall guys?

Are the PRP seats higher and that's why you need them?

Does it impact the position of the steering wheel relative to the driver?

I have thought alot about this, I am not tall by any means, with only a 29 inch inseam but when I am in the Trex I feel cramped, basically my left leg, the re is no real space to strech out the left leg, you hit the floor rest as it is pushed back in relation to the right because of the wheel well. I am worried that this will be even more uncomfortable with a lower seat. comments?

with this seat base, can I still use the stock seatbelt locations? I have harnesses bolted to the factory locations?!? the stock belts were the first thing to go!!!!!!

Well that is funny, I have a 30" inseam and I feel like a little kid in my Teryx because my feet couldn't touch the ground with my Jet Trim seats. I put on a short set of bases and my problem was cured. The Jet trim seats or any other aftermarket seat may put you butt or legs in a different position that the stock seat. Some seat are longer at the base and some are taller because of all the padding.

The bottom line is putting a lowered base and any aftermarket seat in and you'll be happy you did, period.

The only problem I had with the lowered seat base and my Jet trim seats was I had to do a little massaging to the base because of my custom Funco cage cross braces pushed my seats a little forward. In the end, everything is great!

Do I have to buy your 'exclusive' PRP seats in order to get them to match up AND lower 3" total? Or will any PRP seats work?

I don't know about their lower PRP seats, but I do know that the lowering bases will lower any seat PRP included what appears to be about 2+ inches. Basically, just takes the plastic seat riser and uses a flat plat to over simplify it. So the difference is all seat lowering.
