Looking for something in a 28 for 14" rims

Would really like Outlaw Radials, or XTR's (only go up to 27 I think but thats cool) Would consider Terms too in a 28.

Open to other offers as well but nothing thats strictly a trail tire, need something thats going to have a bite in the mud.

Ok will also consider 30" s/w Zilla's.
