28" Mudzillas or Vampire EDLs or???

I'm tired of getting stuck! I'm ordering a 2" lift kit today and a set of tires as soon as I can make up my mind. It looks like the 2" Xtreem lift kit is the only option I found so it's down to picking tires.

So far prices shipped to my door have me looking at the Maxis Mudzillas 28x12x12 rears with 28x10x12 fronts (~$510.62) and the Interco 28x10x12 Vampire EDLs (~$460.62). I really like the looks of the 29.5x12x12 and 29.5x10x12 High Lifter Outlaws but I can't find them near the price range of the above. I think the Gorilla Silverbacks are too much tire and the price appears out of my range. I found the 589's for (~483.80) with 28x11x12 rears and 28x9x12 fronts, but the 9" tire up front bothers me a little and I think the Mudzillas or EDLs would out perform them. Anything else I should take a look at?

In the past with quads I've seen the vampires wear quickly, are the EDLs the same compound? Do the 589's still wear well on these heavier machines? How do the Mudzilla's last compared to the vampires or 589's?

I will be swapping back to the stockers, or something tamer, for the summer months when it'll be used around the farm and in the gravel more so I'm looking for something to get through the deep creek crossings, wet and muddy duck lakes, and snow through the winter months.

I just ordered 28x9x12 589's all around on SS212 rims with stock offset... From everything I have read and been told, I don't think you will have a rubbing problem even without a lift.... We'll see!!!!

How well does your machine turn with the 12's on the front?

And what front wheel are you running?
