We have a 2014 Terex T2 and my wife is five two. She was having the same difficulty, so I cut a piece
of 3/4 inch plywood to fit on the floor. Now her heel is supported and she can control the throttle
much better. We leave the seat in the center position. She tried the seat in the forward position,
but it was a wrong angle for her.

Retirement, anything else is just a job.
