Hello Everyone

I have a 2013 Teryx4. I had someone borrow my Teryx4 and they blew the belt into a million pieces. I havenít had a lick of issues with this unit for 3 years. Now I put a new belt on and when Iím starting off in forward or reverse there is a pop. Kind of like a squeal. Seems like the belt is slipping. It is an oem belt right from Kawasaki. Help.

Did you clean the pulleys real good, and make sure there wasn't debris and belt pieces wedged down inside the clutches?

Definitely need to make sure the clutch sheaves are clean. I use emery cloth or a scotch brite pad to deglaze them and brake cleaner to wash away any dirt. Wipe it all down with a clean, dry rag and install the belt.

Update. The belt that I was given from Kawasaki was in the wrong bag. They exchanged it for me for the proper belt but this one smokes and stinks every time I go out. Havenít used it much because of this. Everything is clean and I even took emery pad to the clutches to clean them up. Any ideas?
