spark plug access - I need help!
On my last trip, my Teryx suddenly lost power. When I stopped, I noticed the machine could barely idle. I limpled back to my trailer and took it home.
I changed the fuel filter and the air filter but the problem persists - It'll start okay, run alright for a few seconds, then the idle drops and dies.
Before taking it into the dealer, I'd like to try and change the spark plugs to see if that solves my problem. Does anyone know where I can find a "how to"? I removed the center console and drivers rear side console but it appears there is lots of stuff in the way preventing me access to the plugs.
Thanks in advance!
edit: I can access the plug that's facing forward, near the driver's footwell. Looks like I need to take off the plastic intake elbow to access the other plug?
edit #2: got both plugs changed. I ended up taking off the top cover (over gearshift and handbrake), driver's kick panel, and the rear seat front kick panel - I probably did not have to take that panel off... rear plug was easy to get to by taking that big plastic snorkel off and cutting a few zip ties that hold the rubber dust covers onto the machine. The sxs idles and revs very well now that the new plugs are in.
