EPS light flashing

Guys, anyone had this issue.
EPS Light will blink consistently for 5 to 10 min at irregular intervals. Then may go 30 min without flashing. Obviously my steering becomes stiffer (No EPS). My dealer is closed for a few days so thought I may get some advice here.
Thanks

Well, for those who may encounter the similar problem here goes.
I discussed the issue with my dealer and he had never seen a issue with the EPS system on a Teryx (2015 or newer).
We tried some minor trouble shooting over the phone. No go.
I trailered it out to his shop on appointment day. We took it for a little test run and the mechanic observed the issue and was confused how the machine was behaving.
We put it in the shop and he began trouble shooting. I would like to add as I have posted in previous threads that my dealer is absolutely awesome guy (and mechanic, only four people work there, he and his wife and two mechanics). Why is this important is that they always let me stay with the mechanic and he will show me this and that.
He started with the flashing codes on the EPS that we observed and none of them matched the service manual. He then proceeded to check all wiring, we could not find anything. We replaced the unit (pain in the ass) and it eliminated the problem. As it is very expensive part(s) we took the (new) unit off it and replaced it with mine again. We were still stumped but the mechanic refused to beleive it was the EPS itself . The shop was closing but the mechanic said we would stay at it. (I had to buy him dinner though haha)
Later that evening we discovered the problem. We still do not know exactly why but he narrowed it down to one simple thing. The battery itself was f...ked. A new battery and away we go.
Luckily total cost was 3 hours labour and one feed of Chinese food. Moral of story check your battery performance and bring a good stir fry!

Bad/weak battery. Could have told ya that in 30 seconds!! Your dealer SHOULD have checked this first thing. I wouldn't pay em a darn thing man. Try another dealer mech. next time! Sorry to be so blunt but this is common, I had it happen on my 2015 few years ago and I knew immediately batt was weak. Replaced it with an Odyssey batt. These things will disable EPS to save batt life when its weak so your not stranded. EVERYONES MECH should know this. EPS requires a specific min voltage to operate safely.

Well, Unfortunately my dealer had never seen it. And it made no sense with the codes.
I posted this here several weeks ago looking for ideas before I even contacted them as they were on holiday.
Ragarding going to another dealer you obviously have no idea where I reside to. The next dealer is a 8 hour drive.
And to date I would never think of another dealer.
