Oil Leak after Oil Change

I had a local Polaris dealer do a 20 hour maintenance on my T4 (My Kawasaki dealer is 60 miles away) and now i have oil leaking on the passenger side kind of below the where the gas tank is. I have full skid plates and not sure where it would be coming from, but leaking close to the passenger door from the seam in the engine cover skid plate. Could this be from overfilling? Its a slow leak and i've put about 200 miles on and the dipstick shows right in the middle of the crosshatch with a cold engine. Guess from now on i'll be doing my own maintenance. Maybe oil just got spilled in the skid plate but i can't figure out why it would only be leaking there. Any ideas ?

Perhaps the dealer did not tighten the oil filter? Just pull that little skid plate off that sits right in the middle of all the skids. Check and see if the drain plug and oil filter are tight.

The dealer never put an oil gasket washer on the oil plug. i ordered a 1/2 dozen off amazon. I'll be doing my own maintenance from now on. Thanks for all the replies.
