Adjusting Fox Shocks

Anyone have any video of how to adjust the preload on the fox shocks on the Teryx. Tried today unsuccessfully, so looking for help. I can loosen the top washer but am having an issue with the 2nd one. Do I need to compress the spring, just turn it, etc????

Jack up the vehicle to take the weight off the shocks. It's still difficult, especially to add preload and even more difficult if you don't have an appropriate spanner wrench for the rings. Being sure the threads on the shock body are clean and a little lubrication can help.

I took my shock off and put eye in my vise, made it easier to work with, 2 bolts and they pop right off machine, still kinda a pain, I used a large pipe wrench, if you tighten them it's gonna make it ride rough
