Building custom doors is a pain. These things are time consuming.....almost finished though.

Looks good! is that steel frames? good motivation for when i get to that point. luckly for me only two doors needed.

Yeah, 1" 0.095" steel tube skinned with 16g aluminum. They turned out kind of heavy. I should have used 0.083" tube but nobody stocked it and I was too impatient to order it.

Those look good ! I made a set of Pro-One knock-offs for my rhino . I used 3/4 emp (had a bunch of it) 1" would have been "better" looking ; but , never had any issues with the 3/4" . Several sticks were wasted learning to get the bends just right... a lot of time , and effort goes into building a set of doors .

How do you latch the door closed? A picture of the inside would be much appreciated.
