Serviced front propeller shaft. Replaced rubber boot, circlip, removed rust from spring and splines, applied water resistant grease. It appeared as Kawasaki forgot to apply grease when they assembled/installed the propeller shaft. I will add zip ties to each end of the rubber boot to make it seal better around the shaft.

I've had a little spare time on my hands and a little bit of play money so the Teryx got some upgrades.

2 inch SuperATV lift
2 inch wheel spacers on all 4 corners
42 inch curved LED light bar (amazing light)
5,000 Badlands winch
Koplin folding full windshield
EMP rear bumper
4 interior dome lights
Tusk street legal kit (absolutely love it!!!)
Tusk rear window
Seizmek break away mirrors with green inserts
Kawasaki rear view mirror
Waterproof cargo bag w/lock and 2 trunk organizers to help organize space
Last of all a big tow scrap, d-rings, and tree savers.

Added pics

I added some pictures to my post. I'm still trying to figure out all this "forum" stuff/thing. LOL I'm a newbie to forums as far a posting and being a member. Thus far I've only been a "creeper".

Thought maybe bring a little life back to this tread...

A couple of days ago I changed the engine oil/filter and the front and rear dif and washed the teryx4. Only had it a couple weeks but it was used with 700ish miles so figured better safe than sorry.

Looking at getting a spare wheel and five 27x10r15 sti chicane rx's in the future and working on making a platform for the dog in the back for times he comes with us.

Hopefully tomorrow taking both nephews out since no longer one at a time like the rzr two seater.

ps. found couple pics of platforms online but if anyone has one id love more pics and things you learned to make it simpler etc.

Radiator protection welded expanded mesh to the inside of my bumper and brush guard now I'm feeling a little more confident about sticks and branches and radiator meeting

Changed the oil, filter, front diff, rear diff. This was first change, everything looked good and clean, 357 miles on it, I know that's a little overdue but I took it to Hatfield last week and put 300 on it. Rocky MTN ATV sent we everything to change it all with including crush washers for 55.00 to my door, and that was all Kawasaki oils. I thought it was a good deal

Just put my cage and bumper on after getting it back from powdercoat. Also wired up my lights. Now i'm working on mounting the roof, getting the cab LED's installed, etc. Next up, install my long travel. Then ride the piss out of it.

ordered a jack, tire and wheel for a spare. I probably didn't need to buy a brand new front tire but I ride in remote places and most likely if I need a spare its because I ripped the tire open and probably not reparable.

Anyone know a good quality brand for a folding tire iron? looked at a few on amazon but they all have reviews of breaking on first/second try for cars.... not even being used on a medium duty gas/diesel truck etc. I have a regular one but I like the idea of a folding one to save room and mount easier etc.

Appreciate the suggestion. That may be an option. I plan on listing the tools I use for a belt change at least and making a little tool kit for the teryx4 but for now id like a tire iron in case anyone else has a flat and that way I don't have to pull a socket/ratchet out of my garage and truck sets etc. I have a lot of stuff the 3/4in goes to for trailers and truck etc.

thanks though.

Ordered a little breather filter and hose adapter to do the fuel vent mod this weekend. Also after fooling around with spare tire mount ideas I settled on this:

receiver mounted to keep the spare tire facing outward at bed height. It will have two little braces that bolt to some open holes under the bed frame and a hook mounted on one side near the receiver inlet for recovery/towing purposes. I don't like the spare being mounted above the bed blocking rear mirror, its too thick to put on the rack over the hook and I don't wanted mounted on the side making it wider. Gonna start this wed or Saturday depending on time.

Didn't realize how big even the skinny front tires are when its just a tire/wheel in your hand lol.

appreciate the good info on the forum here.

Dismounted the MudLight2's and put 28" Bighorn on the tusk beadlocks. I am liking these so much more then the ITP's. Next is fuel vent mod before next ride. A tip for you'all-Log splitter is an excellent tire bead breaker.
